Enameled Aluminum Wire

The material of enameled aluminum wire is high-purity electrolytic aluminum (purity ≥ 99.7%), and some are added with trace alloying elements (such as iron and silicon) to improve mechanical strength (preventing breakage during wire drawing or winding).

As a current carrier, it needs to have good electrical conductivity (conductivity is about 60% of copper, but the cost is lower), and must have a certain flexibility after annealing (facilitating coil winding).

The core process adopts an integrated production line integrating "integrated wire drawing system - continuous annealing process - repeated painting and baking - composite cooling system - tension control system". This production line shortens the interval between processes, effectively reduces production time, and greatly improves efficiency.

Advantages of Enameled Aluminum Wire

1. The cost of aluminum wire is 30-60% lower than copper wire, which saves the cost of production .

2. The weight of aluminum wire is only 1/3 of copper wire, which saves the transportation cost.

3. Aluminum has a faster speed of heat dissipation than copper wire in the production.

4. For the performance of Spring-back and Cut-through, aluminum wire is better than copper wire.
